The most important factor to consider when purchasing your bra is to make sure the bra that you choose is comfortable. |

Know your measurements. Measure your back strap around your chest just underneath the bottom of your breast. Measure your cup around your chest and this time just over the fullest part of your breast. The difference between the back strap and the cup measurements will give you a general idea of your cup size. It is better to try on different bras and find out experimentally which one fits. |

Check your bra for pinching, bulging and wrinkling. The bra cup must be smooth, with no wrinkles. |

Wires should be comfortable and lie flat against the body, if they poke you; this is an indication that the cup size is too small. |
